✈️ We ship worldwide except Isreal, Iraq, Iran and Africa region (South Africa exclude.)

• Australia / NZ: 5-15 business days
• North America: 10-21 business days

• Multi-item orders may ship separately for customs safety
• Recipients must coordinate delivery with local postal services if unavailable during drop-off

🚨 Issue Resolution Protocols

• Lost Packages: Report within 15 days of marked delivery date
• Delayed Shipments: Notify within 60 days of order date + 15 days of delay observation
• Address Errors: $15 reshipment fee applies for returned parcels
• High-Risk Locations: Military bases/apartment complexes require signature confirmation

• 15-Day Window: Requests accepted from delivery date
• Customer Responsibilities:
